Apollo obtained California CARB certification for the STREET bike as an 'on-road motorcycle' according to the certificate last year. This, combined with the Amigo Rocky 125 (CT70 clone), shows there might be a few more bikes for you guys.

EDIT: Huh! I've been to all the usual online sites including Orion and none of them say they are CARB approved. To the contrary... "CA APPROVED FOR 2020 - No" (Motobuys) I guess someone should tell these guys??
