Any have a REAL Grom head light on the Vader? (Gen 2)
Before I pull the trigger on the real Honda headlight from Thailand, I want to see if anyone else has bought one? the stock headlight isn't very bright unless you have the high beams on.
This is for the second generation Vader. |

Yeah, a retrofit job on most of the smaller LED light bars can be done. I'll be going one this week so stay posted for that. I'm hoping it makes it a lot brighter.

I have had my Vaders one apart and the LED's are surface mount and can not really be unsoldered very well. The ones that come on the board are not very bright. And I do have to use my hi beam like Medicbob does.

Yeah man, I just went for my first night ride and I probably won't do it again until I get the LED fog light I ordered. Even with the high beams, it just isn't bright. I'm afraid a damn deer will come out and plow into me or something. On a positive note, the housing for the 2nd Gen Vaders come apart without having to use an oven. I'll be making a video this week on the retrofit.
