Warp 9 rims
Really trying to keep this project on budget, but for $324 I can have a pair of Warp 9 supermoto hoops shipped to my door.
So, do I do my 18's that I have or order the warp 9 17" rims? |

I have built at least three wheels with Warp9 rims; I like them. The Warp9 complete wheels are an excellent value. What's the price difference between your two options?

If you have 18's on hand, I'd use 'em.

I'm leaning towards that route, but the tire charts are confusing me. I have a 2.15x18 rear rim I can put up front and and a 2.5x18 D.I.D rim I can put on the rear.
How wide of a tire can I get on these without pinching the tread? |

Check the manufacturer's tire fitment chart for the tire you are considering. The fitment chart will tell you the tire size which fits a particular rim. What tires are you considering?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Best bang for the buck. These bikes don't go that fast, but I want a good back highway tire. I can't get a straight answer from anyone.

I don't buy street tires, so I can't help you. When you get an idea what you might want to purchase, I will help you find the correct fitment chart.
