Rx3 Front break rotor
Hi guys, I would like to ask if somebody tried some similar front break rotor for rx3? I checked on the CSC website and their shipping are so expensive,I would like to know if its some similar parts for that. I live in Europe.

Yes....and I need to order one myself. I believe it's the Suzuki Bergman rotor. I had it stashed in my Amazon list but like a fool, deleted it.
I got a replacement for my stock one from CSC on warranty but it started chattering and giving uneven braking last week. Here's what Spud had to say: I have verified the EBC, MD929D brake rotor is a perfect fit for the front wheel of the Zongshen RX3. This brake rotor fits the following motorcycles. Front Wheel 98-02, Suzuki Bergman 250 99-02, Suzuki Bergman 400 You will also need the bolts: https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...6153509&ref=cj It's also a full floating rotor. A vast improvement over the stocker.

Good luck with the replacement rotors. I followed a recommendation from this list for what was supposed to be a drop in replacement. It's darn close but the bolt circle diameter is about 2mm off from what the RX3 requires. One solution is to drill slightly larger holes and then countersink slightly larger countersinks...but now you have an issue with getting the rotor perfectly centered. If you get the Bergman spec rotors and they actually work, please let us know. Floating rotors would be a real improvement!

I also found that the Burgman rotor was not an exact fit for the front stock RX3 wheel. I made one fit by carefully walking the mounting bolts into place but this stresses the hub and I would not recommend doing it. Odd that there are two rotor sizes that are so close. So far however the only exact fit rotors I have found are the OEM or the larger rotor CSC sells in their large brake rotor kit.

I dug up the rotor I bought, that was a close fit but not exact, and found the following numbers:
PXCKBA61328 4162 This is an EBC rotor, not sure what bikes it is supposed to fit but it had been reported to be a drop-in replacement for the RX3. |
