EFI surging
My rx3 has an annoying habit of what feels like the EFI surging between 4000-5000 rpms. It seems worse when the engine hasn't warmed up completely. Does this happen to anyone else's bike? Is there a fix for it?

Nice work. How did you identify the fault? What specs should a good or bad sensor read?

It was surging.......
1 bike had a minus 5 degrees C exhaust temp... 1 bike I couldn't see any fault in live data but experience told me its a likely cause... |

According to CSC it's probably normal because the problem goes away when the engine is at full operating temp (and after it's been ridden for a 2 or 3 miles). Also, if the temperature is above 65 it won't act up.
CSC also stated that if the MAP sensor was faulty it would show an engine code. Mine doesn't show a code. |
