Head Scratching Ready to buy, but can't make my mind up

The bikes I have in mind are Bashan Storm/Stallion, Bashan Enforcer, Hawk. Brozz or Shark would be nice if I could find them. Thought about waiting on the new Hawk to get here. Just not sure I can.

I am interested in trail riding and riding around town. Most of the trails are 20 -30 miles from my house. So I really like the Storm with the counterbalanced engine but don't like the headlight and general look compared to the Hawk or the Enforcer. Not a big deal if it is worth the extra money.

I have been told that the Storm is a little shorter and a much more refined bike than the Enforcer or the Hawk. Is this true? Is it closer to the TT250 than the Hawk?

Thanks for your help and this forum is great!

The Enforcer and Hawk are simply non-counter balanced. Yes, they do have more noticeable vibrations than the Storm/Brozz/TT250 - which all come with the counter balanced engine. The Enforcer and Hawk are more off-road oriented with their wheel and tire sizes.

If you want the best of both worlds, then buy a TT250. Yes, it is more expensive than the others, but they are worth the extra investment. The support from CSC alone is worth it, but the suspension is worth the money as well. If you can afford it, then go for it.

The Bashan Storm/Stallion, Bashan Enforcer, Hawk. Brozz are pretty much equal in quality. TT250 is a step up in quality and has great dealer support. Like Megadan stated. The Hawk and Enforcer are more off-road oriented with their wheel and tire sizes.
One thing for sure. No matter which one you get I can almost guarantee you won't leave it stock and will be doing upgrades.

I have the Storm and really like it but now that I have it I think any of these bikes would have been a good choice. I wanted the counterbalanced engine real bad so I went with the Storm because the Brozz and shark weren't available. This bike might be a tad shorter than the Hawk and enforcer but it's still tall. The tires are what make it shorter and 2 inches in the front and 1in the back equate to really hardly nothing.
Non-couterbalaced = a little more torque.
Counterbalanced = A tad more HP
Difference is hardly if at all noticeable and probably a wash!

Go with your gut and get riding, your fine with any choice.

The Brozz is a great looking bike but I chose the storm for front and rear disk brakes.
