New guy anxiously awaiting Icebear Champion 125cc
Hi all:
As the title says, I'm chomping at the bit waiting for my CT70 clone from Cajun Maddogs! I'll be sure to post a pic and more when it arrives and I put it together. Anyone else live in New England and ordered from Cajun Maddogs before? How long did it take for you to receive it? He said a week, but I don't know if that means 5 business days or what, haha. Thanks for having me! |

Welcome aboard! That's very possible. My bike came from Canada all the way to Louisiana in 7 days and it was delayed for 2 days because the roads where close due to snow. Cajun Maddogs is only about a 45 minute ride from where i live.

Welcome to here! Dokken, huh? Years ago in the late 80s, a couple miles from my parents home in the L.A. area (they still live there) a friend noticed a home on a busy thoroughfare that overlooked the 118 freeway. There were older cars (this was late 80s, and the cars were classic 60s and 70s cars) sporting 'Dokken' license plates. They were numbered Dokken 1, Dokken 2, etc. up to 5 or 6. Don Dokken had taken up residence in the northwest San Fernando Valley in Northridge. Not too far from there, and coincidentally near the street they filmed the house in the movie E.T., Vince Neil of Motley Crue moved in. A friend's parents divorced and they sold the house to him, which was how I knew. A couple miles in the opposite direction of Don Dokken's home was the one-time drummer for Ozzy, Carmine Apice. Not sure why in the heyday of 80s heavy metal these stars moved to the fairly quiet, almost sleepy Northridge, lol. But this was pre-Northridge Earthquake. On the other side of the valley, 10 years on (when Beavis and Butthead made fun of the band), my friend and his wife bought Kip Winger's house when those creative balloon payments used in real estate at that time caused Winger to sell, but that is another story
