Lifan Xpect
I have a buddy working on my bike we took it apart and valve failure. He said buy an entire valve assembly. I’m a hard time deciding on which one to buy. I don’t want to get the wrong part any suggestions.
Is this one ok? https://www.ebay.com/itm/13380231394...BoCU44QAvD_BwE |

what is wrong with the old head, bent valve?
you might want to inspect the push rods if that's the case. |

Is your bike EFI?
Not personally familiar with EFI systems. that might complicate things... |

i'm not sure how integral the head temp sensor is to the EFI operation.
Both heads will fit... The C200 head should not alter factory specs like compression/valve clearance/pushrod length. The Cg250 head will bolt on to a cg200 cylinder...but im not making any guarantees... I can't find any EFI heads. I don't know where the temp sensor is located... Sorry that's as far as I can help... |

You can drill and tap the head for the temp sensor in a couple of spots. the underside of the top motor mount flange seems to be a good place to do so.

Also, don’t forget to try these guys. They know what they are talking about. It’s a little better than ordering without the information. They can probably get you the actual head that you need. The factory part.

I been doing a ton of research on lifan bikes, this seems to be a common issues if the valves are not adjusted shortly after getting the bike with most these China bikes. I'm back n forth between xpect kpx250,kpm200 turned into scrambler/enduro(tires, brush guard or skid plate, handlebars?, handguards, etc) really can't find too many reasons to not go with lifan for the price. But yeah the valves seem to come too tight stock and causes them to wear out and break prematurely
