Coolant popped out problem.
Today I was out for a ride and when I came off the road into the woods at the very entrance my coolant popped out the temperature on the gauge was correct then it popped out when I stopped I came home I warmed up the motorcycle but the fans do not turn on I ordered a thermostat with the whole housing but there is no fan switch in my country, has anyone had a similar problem?

Just a thought here, coolant popped out? To eliminate a guess that it could of come from a head gasket problem, let it cool completely and remove the radiator cap. Start it up and see if bubbles come up. Besides checking the oil color. Thinking out loud here….

I did so no bubbles but also the fan did not turn on I see that my sensor has 93-on I saw that on aliexpress there are different sensor for this model I managed to find 88-on from some other Chinese motorcycle in my country I will order and see what happens next, but there is a 50% chance that you are right which makes me a little sad by the way I read and it turns out that for motorcycles coolants have a higher boiling point, so I will also change the fluid maybe it will be fine or maybe I will have to forfeit the bicycle.

50% chance that I could be right doesn’t sound good. Does the oil show water in it? Hope not…

I don't see any oil in the fluid and no bubbling but I will change the fluid oil to a sport fluid with a higher boiling point ,thermostat all together with the body and temperature sensor to 88c instead of 93c I checked the fans briefly and they work we will see what happens.

In other words does the oil in your crank case look milkey or off color? If so there could be problems other than thermostat…that’s what I’m thinking so if the crankcase oil is clear then thermostat problem could be something to look at…

Lukas, when does your new switch arrive? My 2018 usa version has switch labeled 88 ON and my thermostat housing is embossed 80c, although I haven’t removed the thermostat to verify.

I have already changed everything oil filter oil fluid to sport thermostat along with the housing and fan switch from 93 to 88 I took apart the thermostat and it is 70c by the way I adjusted the valves for their access I would twist balls.
