I found this one on eBay for $12.95 or best offer! I'd jump on it. The seller has 100% positive feedback. You'll never match that price, and he says it's NOS.

yep it did.
I have tried the best offer function a few times with out success. But it's always way lower than the asking price and i didnt care if I missed out on a deal. |
