New rider but I have some questions
I’m fresh into riding but I’m getting a gpx tse250r and I was wonder if anyone can answer my questions I have.
I’m 6’ 2” does anyone have this bike and know if the bike will suite me My other question is: is there any version of the lectern carb (or any performance carb) that could or would fit on this bike |

I would recommend looking for the Facebook group, and giving this thread: https://advrider.com/f/threads/gpx-t...nduro.1270364/ a look through.
There's not a lot of people on here with GPXs. I think it would fit you fine, and I know that GPX have a race pipe, carb, and ecm that make a big difference. That being said, while I understand it is mild-mannered for a 2t, I wouldn't change much/anything until you've got some significant seat time, these can be quite a handful. The best upgrade for someone new to the sport, after protective equipment and a riders' class, is simply seat time. Best of luck, and don't forget to keep the oil injection tank topped up! |

The lectron carbs have never been as popular as the Mikuni ,so it will probably be a little tougher finding jets and things local for them ,but they were good units .If you are not a good tinkerer or figure it out yourself guy ,you might just be better off with a mikuni as there is not much that has not been covered millions of times about them so lots of help and guidance is available .

Find the channel Pain's Ride on youtube. He is a member here and has that bike now. He did have to dial in his fuel-injection, but now feels the bike is very good. Here is a recent video.

I'm just shocked that a 2 stroke is being peddled. I miss them. Real power.
