There are at least three brands that are California legal--SSR, Boom International, and Ice Bear.
Boom International http://www.baodiaomt.com/EPA_DOT_SCOOTERS/136.html SSR http://www.ssrmotorsports.com/store/street/razkull.php Not sure if Ice Bear is CARB legal, but they have two versions and Ice Bear is headquarted in California http://www.icebearatv.com/product/pmz125-1 and http://www.icebearatv.com/product/pmz125-2

When was that? I am in the process of moving back to California to be much closer to family. Seeing if I can swing holding on to the house to have something to retire to in 20 or so years.

I am actively pursuing work in Calexico, so would most likely stay putt in Yuma and commute daily. In theory, with the salary increase, I might buy a few Chinabikes to commute on--switch off every day so as to not put too much stress on one bike. I just hope it won't be like those sitcoms where the star is trying to juggle 2 or 3 different women.
