DIAMO LS 200
DIAMO LS 200, Does anyone know about these bikes? Good, bad, or average for a Chinese bike?

I met a person at the dealership where I bought my lifan that had a diamo and he said he rode it pretty hard for a year and a half until he had the money to upgrade to a larger displacement bike.

Member 'tzrider' who hasn't contributed here for a while owns one of the '04 models, and has not had major problems.
Diamo is one of the "premium" Chinese brands, although their 200 looks nearly like an $800 Ebay model (not to put down an Ebay model, but the Diamo retails for about 3x that). According to their site, they have a break-down service which will pick you up and tow the bike to the nearest authorized Diamo dealer. Plus, their warranty is somewhat equivalent to United Motors and Qlink. There is a member with a newer Diamo named 'cajonkym' (its cajon-something) who had reported that he liked it. I would consider one if you have the means or the credit.
