BMX 500 utv? Need advice
Buddy of mine has one in his shop to work on. Appears as if the timing chain would not stay tight enough to prevent timing jump. Tensioner components appeared to be functioning fine with little if any wear. Anyone familiar with this? I found a "CFMOTO" stamp on the secondary clutch. No other identification on the engine that I could see. It is a 2010. Carbed. May need a lower timing chain gear and chain. Parts? Info? Thanks.

Wow, that's a tough one. Do you have info from the steering neck? Is there also a stamp near the shifter?

Engine manufacturer, zhejiang xinyano ind.
Engine family, axyxx500uaw Owners manual was located and identifies this machine as a 500 xuv. I found the VIN but did not record it yet. It would be nice to visit with others who have owned this machine. |

Finally getting back to this engine project. I'll try to put a few pics here to help identify the machine.

I'd love to read the link from humanbeing. However, I don't know how to convert it to english? Help!
This motor jumped timing and bent the valves. Needs valves, timing chain and new gears. Rings as well. I'd like to either get the parts to repair this motor or even find a complete motor to install. |

Using the provided I figured out how to translate it to english. My next question is how do I determine the price in dollars? Also. Due you simply fill your cart with items and pay with a card #?
