FYM FY250 parts

Hi Guys,

hope you can help me on this

I have a FYM FY250 and I'm looking for the part in the attachment, it goes directly connected to the CDI, apparently it's a power valve control unit, but even the mechanic here in Dublin is not sure about it. I couldn't find anything online that could match what I'm looking for but maybe you can help me find a part that would fit.

I tried to contact several companies here in Europe that sells Chinese motorcycle spares but they don't have the part I'm looking for.

Could you please have a look and try to help me to find a solution?

Also can you confirm that it's a power valve control unit?

Do you think it's possible to bypass that?

Thanks

I thought that too when the mechanic sent me the picture but apparently it's not and he is saying that this is causing the motorcycle not to start.

I already found the manual you sent me, but it says it's part of the Aeration valve/canister, it's in page 29, and if you translate it says Valve module

Quick question... do you think I can put another ignition system lets say from a Honda Rebel and take that off?
Would that work?

After reading that "C-29"
Brand "Lean burn" & somthing "ar" (air) 99.99...% is some environmental
Rip ALL in "C-29" OFF & re-config it in CA250 https://www.impex-jp.com/catalogs/mo.../16kr3fj2.html (mid 90s JDM rebel which chinese 233 based from) manner
Good old FYM 250 is as http://bajamotorsports.com/system/do...EFIX_LE8P_.pdf

Thanks guys, I've contacted the mechanic and he said that he is not sure that putting a wiring harness from a Honda rebel is gonna work... he said that the ECU will still look for that box, but what about if he puts an ECU from an honda rebel, is that gonna work?

Typical chinese CDI's wiring can find via http://sanxin.com.cn/Exhibit/typelist.asp?cid=14
What u need is the PC (pickup coil/ trigger or whatever) [LB had this from engine] & others OK...

So what should I do to bypass that box?
Do you think it's possible to use a wiring harness from an honda rebel with a CDI of a honda rebel?

Or is there any way to use the existing wiring and bypass that stupid box?

Modern rebel CDi had kickstand safety s/w (DZC)

Older one don't use that hole
===
1.Make sure wiring as above & in working state (check w/ multimeter 1st)...
How to connect: Proper connector/ 2.3mm terminals / twist & jam is up to ur taste...
Bypass =

2.Fire it up
3. Voila

2001 old official record http://www.mep.gov.cn/image20010518/497.pdf said FY250 is using REAL Keihin in domestic market .
Don't know what's in ur exported bike...
