Plug chop performed. Not sure of results
I actually done 2 plug chops, the first one I was told was really lean. So I enrichened the mixture and now I’m not sure after the second plug chop. What do I need to do now? I’m trying to attach pics. The first couple pictures are the first plug the the rest are of the 2nd plug.

Maybe it's just me, or the horrible internet in Africa, but I can't see the pictures. Anyone else having the same problem?

A gimmick. I would switch back to an NGK plug. The E3 isn't worth the money, and you'll get a much easier plug read because the center electrode/insulator isn't being nearly as shrouded by the electrode. Additionally, you'll get better performance with a thinner electrode, so I'd imagine that the NGK, especially if you get a platinum or iridium, will run much better.

I normally run NGK plugs but all the parts store had was the E3 plug. I went to advance auto and got a couple of the NGK’s but it still has the same issues and the plug chop gives the same result. I’ve been trying to get this Nibbi carb jetted and adjusted for 5 days. I’ve never had issues like this. I am not a master tuner by any means but I know how everything works and have common sense. I’ve been working on vehicles, small engines, and 4stroke motorcycles since I was a little terd helping my dad, that’s been well over 30 years now, but this is making me feel like a moron.

Looks like the bike is too rich down low and possibly lean up top. All the soot is a function of the down low richness, and the cleaner electrode a function of the latter.
