Front axle torque and assembly sequence
So I was planning on changing my tires and fork oil. However I don’t what’s the sequence to follow with this axle since it has 4 pinch bolts. Also there’s no nut at the left side , the fork leg is threaded at that side so I don’t know what torque should be applied to this? The bolt head is an Allen 10mm. In the rear axle I have used the tt 250 spec(35 ft lbs) without issues. The bike model is ZS250GY-7 but I haven’t found a manual for it.

Deus in regnium, what a terrible design. I'm not an engineer, or and expert. But wow. Assuming it's completely disassembled: pack grease into the soft rubber bits on the sides of the rim where the axle goes, not a lot, but enough for the spacers to use, and those go in next, feed the break disk into the caliper and shove the bolt through and tread it a few spins, put blue loctite on the four bolts that hold the allen head side of your axle, since it looks all aluminum be easy with the torque and let the loctite do the extra oomph, just snug those in, unless you know what torque ( and if you were looking for that torque spec I apologize because I don't have it) then torque them in, then thread the bolt the rest of the way in. I would replace that axle bolt with something long enough to protrude 3 threads from the end of it when tight, that last picture gives me anxiety. Something with a common hex head would be dope.

That's not an uncommon design.
That looks modeled after the older CRF230F design so you could potentially reference that as a source. I might say to dial it back a little bit since the aluminum on the chinese forks may not be quite as strong. The Honda spec is 54lb-ft on the axle bolt, and 9lb-ft on the pinch bolts. So maybe try 35-40lb-ft. Unless somebody chimes in with a proper spec.
