Tao Tao VS The State of Massachusetts

Howdy. I searched. Sorry if this has already been asked. I ordered a Tao Tao TBR7 D. TXPowerSports said it be fine and that they have sold many to people up here. Does anyone have any info on the registration of these bikes in MA?

After reading these posts for the last 5 years, with the TBR7-I've never heard of any problems in any state except for California.
