TBR7 rear break assembly, help?
I have the pedal, and the piston which has a pivoted bit with a threaded end. I've no idea how it connects, or if we forgot a part here.
Tried to peek on low pixel count you-tube videos showing the break line, but I can't see the missing piece here. |

It's missing the clevis that attaches to the pedal, usually it would thread onto the threaded part, then they're would be a hole where a cotter pin would pass through to hold everything together.

That doesn't look like the master cylinder on my tbr7. Mine doesn't use that fulcrum.
But back to your question, you're missing the clevis.

Well I did just get it this year, I'd had thoroughly gone through each step, but the main rider here has mainly done a lot of this by eye. Thank you though. |

The rear brake clevis was missing on my TBR7 also. Customer service is useless since they need a sku number to refer to anything. That part doesn’t have a sku.
I ended up making one from the crate metal. |

Hi everyone, I noticed the part in Matt's post is out of stock. I recently had a bunch of replacement/upgrade clevises CNC machined to give the community a source for these parts. Comes as a nice kit, here's a link to the Ebay listing. Hope this helps somebody!

How I am reading it ,”this guy “ is member 3pedaldevils who made the kits and is offering them for sale to help others who may not be able to make their own ,a “total rip off “would be the manufacturer of the bike not sending the required part with the bike ,or not having it available to send to owners who got a bike but can’t use it because of missing vital components .
