Vader 150 PZ30 swap?

The Vader/Condor 150 comes stock with a PZ27.
It works fine, however I wished I could get more top speed.
The idle is very stable on the PZ27. It's very forgiving in running lean or rich at idle. Even at 5-33% throttle, it runs fine rich (3 turns out on the AF) or lean (completely closed to 2 turns out on AF).
And the top end is running close to stoic with my setup with 110 main jet.

Do you think swapping over to a 30mm, will increase top end, even if it runs pretty much spot on in air/fuel ratios on a PZ27?

How much more difficult will idle be, considering I'm in Florida where we never really need a choke?
