another newbie
hello everyone. i have recently been presented with a 6 year old skyteam st125 and asked, " can you make it work".. the short answer was "no i cant"
so i have signed up here for help, and to try and help others in any way i can. see you all on the forums .....................Sam |

Welcome; we are glad you joined us! Is this bike a scooter, dirt bike, or dual sport motorcycle? If you have time, please post photos of your Skyteam ST125.

Do you have a pic of your bike? I'm sure we'd like to see it. Is there anything missing? Whatever the condition, it can run again if you're prepared to throw enough money / time at it.

its a dirt bike, i'll post a couple of pics when i get some time
the most worrying part about it is the lack of compression |

That's not necessarily a worry; it could be just really tight valves. I've seen that before.

Most of these Chinabikes have decent motors, and if it was not massively abused or run low on oil it's unlikely the low compression will be a big issue. May be a tight valve, likely the exhaust.
