Wecome to these forums! We are glad you joined us, Harold.
![]() Do you have photographs of the Zong? How much does the owner want for it, and how many miles are on the bike's odometer? Spud ![]()

I've ridden 52,000 miles on my Zong, Harold. It's a good little motorcycle.

I think a price of $1,200 is too high for a used Zong. However, if the seller is not too far away, I would definitely inspect the bike.
![]() How do you plan to use the bike? Unfortunately, you can't buy a knobby tire for the 15-inch rear wheel in the United States. :( Spud ![]()

I understand the "young" guys could not keep up with the leather butt.

Guess we'll refer to this thread in the future as, "The Butt Thread" ![]() What other China ones are available that most agree are good---Called on the Q-Link and they said it was Ca compliant but can't get them right now---When they do they get $2500 for them. Happy |

The zong runs a 15 inch rear tire. The Spud solution to dual sport use was to swap the rear wheel to an 18 inch. This gives you many tire options.

Q's are great but that price is not good. $2,500 will buy a nice used KLX250 around here for instance.

![]() I performed an XT225 swingarm conversion on my Zong. Forum member Madbare perfored a TW200 swingarm conversion on his Zong. I also build custom, 18-inch rear wheels for other Zong owners. Here are links to two threads listing the tire options for both stock wheels. ![]() http://chinariders.net/modules.php?n...ewtopic&t=7913 http://chinariders.net/modules.php?n...ewtopic&t=7922 Spud ![]()
