Led blinkers fog up

I just saw the Lifan kpm 200 has the exact same led blinkers as my Vader 150.
After a wet day, these blinkers fog up.

What's the best way to remove the water inside the blinkers, and prevent new water/humidity from getting in?

It seems like the transparent plastic front is kind of sealed to the black plastic rear of the blinkers.

Is it possible to drill a tiny hole in the lower part of the clear plastic as a vent and a drain? That was SOP for a 2012 F150 taillight.
