New to me chinese buggy identifying

Hi all, where do I begin. Just picked up according to the registration a Roketa GK13. At least that is what the local sheriff wrote it up as. I cannot for the life of me identify the make/model or engine to begin to find parts or repair manuals. Everything I see online is totally opposite of what I am finding. I have only found 2 numbers on this whole thing. The VIN which is only 15 digits has been impossible to track and one set of numbers on the motor case.

Welcome aboard.

A pic of the complete engine may help. These are my go-to guys for most of the stuff for my quad of questionable heritage. https://www.vmcchineseparts.com/

Welcome! Can you take a picture of the engine? More than likely has the typical GY6 clone engine. Should be easy to find parts and a service manual for the GY6 engine.

Okay, Definitely not a GY6 Clone and is liquid cooled.

Thanks all for looking into this, It may take awhile but maybe with the right images and knowledge we can come to a conclusion. As JerryHawk250 stated its weird. If I google specific GY6 vertical I do come up with something that looks a lot closer. Otherwise the horizontal ones seem to be 125 or 150 CCs. I am normally pretty good about doing alot of research before resorting to forums. With that being said yes it is liquid cooled and when I think I have found the right repair parts BOOM! something is off in a sutle way. I will say I have never seen a carburetor with so much crap coming off of it and all of the vaccum lines and such, cant tell if some get fed into the non exist airbox. Its to my understanding alot of these parts are pretty interchangeable. like for instance I will need the cover for the belt and pully area. Obviously if I can find a repair manual it will make my life alot easier! I will start posting more pictures and when I get home tonight I will try to zero on some key spots. All in All the machine is in pretty good shape. When I had my older brother looked at the VIN he suspects maybe the number 98 in the digits could mean it is a 1998. Most of the parts on the Roketa website seem to line up for what I need IE: starter solenoid. I watched a video on youtube on how identify your chinese motor and seemed pretty straight forward until I looked at mine and no numbers are where they should be. The coolant tank looks to be non exist for a replacement. We can start here with the knowledge I have thus far and go from here. Firstly a compression and leak down test.

I did submit emails to three different companies yesterday to see if any of them would actually reply. VMC chinese parts was one of them along with the Roketa website and some extreme motors site that deal with these types of motors.
