They reused the YF300 engine code for the KE300F which is what they did with the Templar X 250 with the PR250(labeled it as "ZS172FMM-3A" even though it's a "ZS172FMM-5").

As for the panel fitment, I didn't even bother to tell X-Pro I just drilled out the plastic until they would bolt in correctly with proper fitment.

Don't worry about the oil weight, you won't notice a difference between 10w40 and 15w40. It's really your climate that determines what oil weight you should run but they dumb it down for the average consumer.

According to the Mototek/Zuumav page the bike weighs about 276 lbs dry which I believe over the powersports spec sheet that says 258 lbs. She feels like a big girl. It also says the max speed is about 75 mph.

What are you planning on using the bike for?

No real plans, I couldn't pass up the $2600 price. I think you are correct with the 276 pound dry weight. I have an AJ1 A8 Pro which is basically the same exact bike that I bought before this one for a couple hundred less, it's weight is listed as 259lbs on my invoice. Although the specifications don't take into account the different engines, lighting packages, exhaust that are available. I should get that one delivered towards the end of Nov.

I'm interested in seeing if this bike will be able to hold a decent rpm at 70mph. If the KPX can do it, surely this can, or so one would think.

This is great info guys thanks ! I just got my bike and I wanted to change the oil before riding it but could not find anything in the manual, so this helps out a lot. Also, knowing that the engine is a clone of the KLX engine gives a great reference point to start with.
