He is not really being rude ,there is an extremely common scam laid out almost exactly as you posted it above .The seller ends up with no money,no bike ,and often pays the delivery guy out of pocket ,because the buyer is a rat bastard who cancels the payment .I am certain you can google it for thousands of examples .i did sell two muscle cars that went to Sweden like that ,but I held the cars and payment for a month before I released them to the shipper .
