My longest days are only about 150m. I stop often for breaks when a good pull off presents itself. It handles 'ok'. I carry about 50lbs of gear starting out still it's a light bike and the wind blows it around a lot. No way I'd get on the interstate with it. It does great at about 55mph. Trying to maintain over that is a struggle. It's happiest on forest service roads and trails where I enjoy it the most.
