I don't want to be the only "Debbie Downer" here but I just can't see it.
Realistically speaking, there's better options for the price. The X-pect still sports the same weak box steel swingarm, a drum brake and regular (flexy) forks. The only possible advantage I can see at all is the FI......and I still am not sold that the little, low performance CG motor even needs it. Maybe it's for future EPA regs?
At a list price of 2600.00, if a guy wanted to stick with a Hondoid, at least the TT250 has a ton of more upgrades including rear disk, USD forks, bigger stator, auxiliry hook-ups, etc...
For the money, it makes the Apollo Delux look like a steel.....or if money wasn't really an issue, for a few hundred more than the X-pect, the SSR XF250 is a very nice piece.
JMHO....not that anyone asked.
