The brand BMS used to go nearly head-to-head with SSR Motorsports in product offering; SSR took off with pit bikes whereas BMS went with 1000cc+ buggies, and full-size UTVs. They both used to offer near-identical rebranded Znen scooters. I just noticed that BMS now lists a '250' (err 229cc) enduro; I stumbled upon it from the EPA/DOT certification list--Bashan has it listed and certified among their Brozz, Storm, Shark, etc. bikes. In other words, it is Bashan-made, so should offer the same high-quality build and performance of the various Bashan bikes. Yes, us Californians need not apply... :(
(it is 49-state EPA/DOT approved for the rest of you, like the Bashan lineup)
