Motorcycles- Wholesale.com, The worst company.

The shipping company here in Houston called me this morning, They have set a delivery for Monday!

Like I said before I hate to bash a Company, Im not an impatient person.

If they would have contacted me and explained the situation I would have no problem waiting. Any Dealers looking at this take note! Be honest and fair with your custumers and they will return!

If the bike is delivered in good working condition I will retract my post!!

Ladies and Gentlmen,

I made a on-line purchase from this website:

https://motorcycles-wholesale.com/Ro...-Enduro-Bikes/

As of this time I am unable to contact them! I have sent several E-mails in the last Ten days with not one reply.

I am adding a copy of the automated E-mail that was sent directly after my credit card was charged.

For the record I have never had a problem with any company,on-line or otherwise that was not resolved quickly,I hate to bash any business,But,This one deserves it.

If anyone has any past dealings with this website, Would you please let me know! Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks guys, DannyB.

Best of luck!

I think the shipment hasn't reached here yet :? I wouldn't have paid that much for Roketa, personally.

culcune 04-07-2008 11:56 PM

I would have ordered this one for less

This was the first website I looked at! But, They had a ton of bad reviews!

I think this type of stuff will probally kill the China bike population......

DirtRoadKing 04-08-2008 08:00 AM

Sorry to hear that. Best of luck getting it resolved.
I had considered buying from motorcycles-wholesale.com but ended up buying elsewhere.

KW4TX 04-08-2008 08:31 AM

I got that same bike... I ordered mine form http://www.scooterdynaty.com

I recieved bike quick... I recived MSO quick... and they have been really good...Guy name of Vince helped me...

Although I have had carb issues and they sent the wrong replacement...Now they are sending me another with my specs...

So far they have been good...

I paid $1249 with free shipping.... I cant complain...Only about the darn carb....

SpeedSouth 04-08-2008 03:56 PM

Any news yet?

If not, you may consider calling your CC company to explain the situation...maybe dispute the charges, if you've been charged.

Don't wait too long. There is no reason you should not have your bike already, or at the very least, be able to contact the seller. I ordered my bike on a Monday (different seller) and had it that Friday.

No information is reasonable cause for concern, IMO.

Again, best of luck.

I sent another e-mail to this website, informing them of my planned course of action. As well as an e-mail to Pamex, wich is the credit processing company they use, located in New Zealand!

Pamex replied with in 5 min, They told me they would check it out!
Those Kiwis are pretty good people.

This is the E-mail I recieved today:

Hello Daniel,

Sorry for the unforseen brief delay while fresh stocks arrived, but your bike
has been shipped and you should receive it late this week.

I am expecting to receive tracking details from our shippers tomorrow
and I will forward them to your email address as soon as I receive them.

When you receive your bike, could you please find the VIN number on the frame,
and email it to me please, and I will create a Bill of Sale for you and email it to you.

You should get a phone call from the trucking co. prior to delivery.

Could you please let me know whenever your bike arrives.

Sorry again for the brief delay Daniel, and I am sure you will enjoy your new bike

Thanks again,

Gordon.

I also recieved a phone call from someone at the company saying they are shipping the bike,But, They don't have black! I told them to send the grey one....

Coincidence or not?? I will give them another 5 day's, Then i'll go from there.....

DannyB.

theENIGMATIC 04-08-2008 09:55 PM

Keep on them about the tracking #, call them and first ask them which transport company is shipping the bike, then call the transport company, give them your details and they should know whats going on, if they dont then get pissed!!

04-10-2008 12:26 AM

Bump.

mrhyak 04-10-2008 12:52 AM

Since they are requesting you to tell them the VIN number it sounds to me like the bikes are coming from a different location then where the seller is located. If this is a bike that is suppose to be street legal I don't think an email MSO will do, but I could be wrong.

DaveC 04-20-2008 10:24 PM

Bump?
10 days!

I too am in same boat...finally recieved bikes...I order two raketas...cute,,one damaged but not big deal....but no contact..cannot register it without mso..am following suit like you with cancellation of credit card...
I got email stating sorry for delay etc on shipment....and if they had just said so , I would have happily waited....
this company drops ships from the main importer, goldenvale located in both TX or ontario Ca. I dealt with Ca.
I searched various business locations etc and found 1871 wright ave in Laverne Ca 91750...T motor sports as a possible address and called..they knew who Gordon was but hang up after that.....I think processing company in New Zealand is just the credit processor...and that he is located inCA..but still searching and still waiting....I recieved one email from Jackie? with a forwared email she sent to Mark..the head manager of Goldenvale ..asking why have they not gotten their shipments etc..and that they had concerned customers as a result...well duh?? when you dont answer emails that will happen. I like you hate to bash a company and have good luck in the past,,but without mso and bill of sale....the bike is useless....and I am in a real pinch for time too...
Keep us posted as will I

06-12-2008 09:30 PM

I sent you a email ceecee...... DannyB.

NewEnglandTrails 06-14-2008 08:10 PM

First of all... the add keeps saying the bike does 80+ miles/hr..

Not going to happen. Max speed on the speedo says 80 but you will never go 80 unless you are being towed. Don't expect freeway speeds out of it.. I am comfortable riding on roads with 45mph speed limits and the bike transitions quite nicely from trails to streets.

The dude is obviously a drop shipper, if he sells you a black and sends you whatever,, he is not keeping any inventory. I hope your issues work out.. I'm sure they will.. It is a good bike.. aka known as a DB-05.. I had to replace the battery earlier than I would have liked... Might have been my doing as these batteries should never be charged at a rate higher than 2 amps. Also had to do a c-clip adjustment on the carb, but it was no big deal.

KW. See the thread on clip adjustment for the carb.. it helped my Roketa, especially for hard starting.. and its pretty easy to do if you remove just remove the gas tank.

I made the mistake of ordering from wholesale-motorcycles. Mr. Gordon is just a middle man he is not based in the Ontario Ca warehouse as his web site sates. Order bike 5-22-08 recieved 6-12-08 still waiting for MSO. Mr. Gordon does not respond to e-mails now and it seems he is based out of the US. I contacted Goldenvale Inc. the company he imports from they advised they could not help and syggested I contact cc company and dispute charges. I hope no one else buys from this guy I don't want company in my misery.
