Thanks for posting the nice find! :thanks:

Previously, I only found this owner's manual in Russian. ;) I am adding this link to the RX3 sticky thread under the Manuals subheading.

The Minski TRX 300i owner's manual specifies 95 octane fuel. I must assume this is RON 95 octane, which is 91 octane in the United States.

Saying hi and thanks.

I've been watching this forum ever since I saw the RX-3 at the Phoenix Motorcycle show a couple of months back. You guys convinced me to jump on board and now I'm eagerly awaiting delivery, along with everyone else. I've been riding bikes for over 40 years and currently own a 2013 CanAm Spyder RT-S and a 1997 Honda Valkyrie. I've owned a couple of KLR650's over the years and now that I'm retired, I'm looking forward to riding many of the back roads and tracks, particularly the BDR's. I already have trips planned this year for my Valk and Spyder, including Spearfish, SD and Alaska and will try to attend the CSC Baja trip, depending on when it's scheduled.

Thanks for the great information you guys provide and I look forward to learning more, hopefully adding my .02c and especially look forward to meeting you all on the road.
:thanks:

George

The CSC blog reports the website WomenRidersNow.com has selected the Zongshen RX3 as one of the ten motorcycles of 2015 which should excite women riders. Here is the link to the website. ;)

Just for grins. I wonder if there is any way to track the ship. Like Flight Aware for boats?

That would be a lot of fun. :D

You would need some way to identify the ship but the answer is yes they can be tracked.

Fantastic! With cars, women either buy or influence about 90% of new car purchases. I can see bikes heading in that direction in time.

I am sure that CSC will have the ship information. That would be fun to watch them cross the pacific.

CSCDude 01-21-2015 01:36 PM

Folks, we're delaying shipment of the Cyclones to 9 Feb. I just posted this on the CSC blog and we wanted to get the word out to the riders on this board, too.

Here's the deal: There is a western US port work stoppage. We thought it would be resolved by now, but it is not. Everything coming by ship across the Pacific is being held up at sea at all of our west coast ports, with Long Beach (our port of entry) having the worst problems.

There’s an ongoing labor action between the west coast dockworkers (the International Longshore and Warehouse Union) and their employers (the ports) that is preventing the ships from being unloaded. We’ve looked into bringing the ships into other ports, but the problem affects the entire western US. Rather than have the ships simply sit at sea (as many are doing right now), we’ve discussed this with Zongshen and our new ship date is 9 February. We’re hopeful the labor issues will be resolved by then.

We will keep you posted on the CSC blog.
