I'm looking for a cylinder head for this beast. I can find the jug, piston and rings on Ebay, but no head. Looks like I may have to use Taobaotrends.com again. I'm not sure of the right term to search for. Tried x-motos, zongshen, 167fmm, CG250. Has anyone ordered a head for a 167fmm?
Thanks.

I wonder if they rounded up on this '68mm'

These guys sell a Lifan 167FMM, and parts. I saw this posted by Spud, in the Lifan 200GY thread. I still wonder if Zonshen makes these engines OEM like my United Motors Renegade ZS169FML and and Custom Badges for the distributor.

bogieboy, somehow I could never justify buying all the race parts for an engine, less the 150 honda I built. But if I could I would have a blast starting from scratch with race parts.
Gasoline and oil in my veins, and sometimes a little beer!

I used to justify it as being young stupid and having fun while i can... Now? Im saving for a house and getting married...and looking at possibly selling some of my fun toys...

Congrats bogieboy! I remember those times well! I have four sons just in that stage of their life. I just get to be grandpa, and hand the kids back if they get unruly. :D

I responded to a similar post you made. I can't understand how the port has anything to do with PCV, since it's only connected to the exhaust stream, AFAIK. The PCV port is under the carb.

My misunderstanding. When I removed the small pipe flange, oil leaked out, or so I thought. I had assumed it was a breather for the head, it being connected to a valve, which I thought was a pcv valve, then on to the air box. I took it off again, it is that thin black lacquer 'stuff, NOT oil as I assumed. I smell exhaust. I now understand it is connected to the exhaust stream.
What I don't understand is what the heck is that black stuff, a combination of water vapor/oil?

I deleted my previous post.
Thanks

That's my guess. Carbon + condensation = black goo.
