.07MM isn't much, but it's enough. With no gap, there's no oil on the mated surfaces like cam-to-pushrod. Could cause scorching issues.

Handlebar dimensions

Does anyone know the thickness of the TT250 handlebars? Are they 7/8th?

yes, or 22mm

exhaust

Has anyone tried an OEM exhaust from a CRF230 or something else from Japan? I'm aware of the Chinese "CRF230" aftermarket from Ebay but has anyone actually tried OEM headers designed for the Japanese bikes?

Yes, 2LZ, you are right. And even worse is the rocker arm valve interface. Especially on the exhaust side. The exhaust valve stem runs very hot, and needs oil to carry away some of the heat and prevent galling of the rocker arm pad and/or the valve top.

Yes I've installed a Pro-circuit t-4 on my Hawk, the same one for the 2007 crf230L,it sounds amazing.Had to do the same light modifications as everyone that used the ebay one.

Congratulations to both of you on the 22 years of marriage. Not all that common, these days.

Also the replacement speedometer/odometer is not calibrated correctly. I installed the new speedo head and drive unit CSC sent me (free of charge) and it reads fast. This created problems when trying to follow the event roll chart.

This is a known problem. My prototype clusters read fast as well. The MFG says this is common practice in China for "safety" I actually had to make them calibrate it properly and now we are 1mph + -

Where can I get a manual for a 250 Roketa 2010 dirt bike

New CSC TT250 owner, as of June 2019...Got to be the funniest thread on this site...

I just joined and have never been part of a forum...ever, but after researching the CSC TT250 on-line, buying one and then reading this specific thread, I had to comment. I started last night reading all of your posts to this thread, dated back to around 2016. I couldn't stop reading all of the NEW-BUYERS comments who put money down and then waited...waited and waited, for their bikes to arrive. Although mine only took about 7 days to arrive, I felt your pain during the thread-read. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and that your comments were very entertaining and it was like reading a good book, hard to put the book down. On a side note, my bike is awesome, especially after replacing the main jet to a 110. Now I have smooth power past 5800 rpm to the end. Nikko

Welcome aboard! :hi: I was a long time lurker too before joining. I became a member when I bought my Hawk. This site had prepared me on what to look out for on the hawk. So no big surprises once I got it. Lots of good info on here.
