It was a nice-ish day in NE Illannoy yesterday, sunny and in the mid-twenties, so I decided to ride the Ural to my new 'ologist' appointment.

I pull up to a stoplight and a car pulls into the left turn lane. The guy in the passenger seat rolls down the window and yells, "A real man rides on two wheels." I managed a snappy comeback with, "A real man would be riding right now."

The other guys in the car start laughing and I hear, "Burn." Then the light changed.

Folger's Classic Roast is terrible, about anything is better except instant.

Great Way to Start the Day
 

Decided to go into town this morning early for a haircut. Up at 5:30, didn't want to wake Mrs. 2LZ, as she still works. Showered, got dressed in the dark, and left early. Found this when I got to town.

:lmao: Maybe you should of had that 2nd cup of coffee. lol I really can't say anything. I've driven halfway to work and realized i still had my slippers on. lol

The perfect city commuter bike. With seatbelt! Presumably to prevent decapitation if the bike is dropped.

I am sorry if I sound like a safety freak, but I just don't find the saddlebag kids funny at all. I ride without a helmet all the time, but that just looks outrageously dangerous to me.

I stopped riding on the road (mostly) because other people do stupid things to motorcycle riders. It's the wild card you have no control over. But I fall over on motorcycles without help sometimes too!

I would not be surprised if he got arrested. A State Trooper would not find this amusing at all.

And my wife agrees with me... now I understand how confusing that can be :D

I thought the same thing, but it looks like he is on private property, and probably going very slow. for a very short ride. Probably not all that unsafe once we know all the details.
