Thanks Merlin! I still have some gas tank stickers and a tool bag coming but the total is right at $1500 if you subtract the extra frame I bought then it would be $1350. I ended up buying a lot of new things, steering stem bearings, grips, levers, front and rear brake pads etc etc. The one cost I wasn't expecting was, once I tore the whole bike down to the bare frame I thought since I'm this far I think I will look on Ebay for a used frame with a title since mine came with a bill of sale only. I found one for $150 with a title and free shipping so I jumped on it. I may want to put the bike on the road at some point and this was the easiest way to do it.
I did try to go to my local DMV first to get a title with my bill of sale and this is what they said. Since it wasn't purchased in our state then it will have to be bonded. To bond it once I finished the bike I had to take it to the DMV and have it inspected and whatever they value it at ($1800-$2000) probably. I would have to send One and a half times that value to the state and they will send me a title. So about $3000 and I would get a title :hmm: They are absolutely nuts if they think I would pay that!! Anyway this makes the most sense even though I may never put it on the road, and it will increase the value of the bike when it comes with a clear title.

I finally got a chance to hit the trails. It was a hot 95 degree day but I had a great time. At 61 years old its been a long time since I have done this kind of riding, the next morning I was sore all over. :lmao: The bike still is breaking in so I didn't want to rip it too hard but man this thing runs super good. I was surprised at the power it has, part of that is a good motor design but part of it I think is the low gearing. In First gear this bike will crawl but even as low as it's geared I don't think I got past 3rd gear on most of the trails. The suspension is very good, it seems to absorb the bumps like a champ. But the new seat is like a brick to sit on, I miss my Brozz for it's soft seat for sure. I think I am going to enjoy going to a few different places to ride and get back into the woods. Here is a few pics I took of my experience
