Thank you, Not sure which hurts worse at the moment. My own pain of watching for her to join me as i go through normal daily routines or watching Marcus looking for his bonded partner in crime. |
I actually bought this earlier in the week but have been too damn tired to post about it.
One ton of sand and 1.1 ton of chipped limestone. And one 16"x16" paver because I was one short. Here's where it went. The grandsons and I spreading the limestone after I killed myself setting the pavers. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...ed93e917_z.jpg The finished circle. The large squares are compass points. North is towards the neighbors' place. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...a373d8f2_z.jpg The furnished circle. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...1b2502e0_z.jpg Mrs. C felt my firepit sitting on top of the septic tank cover was crude, so the above was built. You can tell that girl hasn't spent enough time in the country. |

Holy cow! It's Pete! Look what the cat dragged in!
Cheesy, that looks awesome. Out here I'd burn out a well pump a year trying to keep anything green like that gorgeous lawn of yours. |

Hey pete-You just need a big lawn mower. I can usually do this in about 45 minutes. |
Doublewide ramp for loading my Savage in my truck.
You can literally ride the bike up and down the ramp. First time I used it was to unload. riding backwards down that ramp was a bit of a thrill ride! https://www.harborfreight.com/1200-l...oaAo8XEALw_wcB |

Not today but I just got her up and going good. About a month ago I bought a 1992 GL1500 Goldwing with 52K on the clock. I've had to do a bunch of stuff to her just because well shes old and has been sitting a while. You know all the usual, carbs, timing belts, brakes, tires, alt, etc. Don't worry though another China bike is still on my radar as a must get. But boy that Wing sure is nice.

Again, not today but bought the materials last weekend. Building a new fence for Spot's yard. Going with peeler core to match the rest of the house, and hog wire so we don't block the view down the back hill from the deck. Did some router work to the 2x4's to hold the hog wire in place and of course, the top board had to be flipped on its side. Have to have a place to set a beer, ya know!
Spot's not an escape artist, but we do need to keep the hazardous critters out. Been lots of coyotes, bear, and mountain lion around lately. We'll fill under the fence with the native rock from the huge pile you can see in the background. |
A 2014 SSR sr250 for $600. Need a couple parts, and some love.

Tylenol after going for a 5km ride earlier...forgot how rough mountain biking can be on the body...especially when said Body has not been on one for 20 years and is closer to 40 then it was when it was last on one lol

Will do. Gonna try and get them in my drive, so I can link pics. Resizing makes them too small https://photos.app.goo.gl/XSgLusJbG816Ujd7A |

A cup holder and some battery quick connects for my Suzuki.
-I removed the brass plug from my mixture screw but that no cost. I just drilled a hole in the brass plug and forced it our with a sheet metal screw. Adjusting the mixture really cut down on the backfiring. The backfires are no longer as loud as gun shots. |
