1. Will the 120/80 18 fit the rear rim and not rub on the chain? 2. Will the 90/90 21 front tire also be fine? |
With questions on the rear why not go to a independent cycle shop and have them get the tire and put it on. It is worth a few extra bucks for their experience. If it isn't going to fit they can't sell it to you.

If so, you can put a Shinko 705 tire in size 4.10-18 on the rear wheel. This tire is designed for a size 2.50-18 rim, which is only one rim size larger than a 2.15-18 rim. http://www.shinkotireusa.com/tire/705-series The Shinko 705 tire in size 120/80-18 is designed for a size 2.75-18 rim, which is two sizes larger than a size 2.15-18 rim. Therefore, the size 120/80-18 tire might not inflate properly. You are always safe if you chose a tire which is designed for a rim only one size larger, or smaller than your wheel's rim size. ;) |
Do you have a size 1.60-21 rim on the front wheel? If so, the Shinko 705 tire in size 90/90-21 is a little large for that rim, but it will probably work okay for you. ;)

Do you like the Shinko 700 tires?
http://www.shinkotireusa.com/tire/700-series If so, you will certainly get good fitment from the following tires. Rear Tire: 4.60-18 Front Tire: 3.00-21 http://shinkotireusa.s3.amazonaws.co...700-series.jpg |
