I'm leaning on going with the 80/20 tire just for ease. But, there's still inconsistent data on this very forum regarding what sizes actually fit.

1. Will the 120/80 18 fit the rear rim and not rub on the chain?

2. Will the 90/90 21 front tire also be fine?

With questions on the rear why not go to a independent cycle shop and have them get the tire and put it on. It is worth a few extra bucks for their experience. If it isn't going to fit they can't sell it to you.

Front = 90/90 21
Rear = 120/80 18

I was actually going to order them tonight, but decided to check this forum one more time before ordering. I found conflicting info. Some people said they actually bought those exact tires in those exact sizes and successfully installed them on their hawk. Other people, and I think one was the Moderator SpudRider, said that the rear tire size would NOT fit the rear wheel of the hawk; that tire size was made for wider tires. So, now I'm pretty confused.

I'm not sure if the stock tire sizes are the same for the Hawk as they are for the Enforcer, but my current stock tires are:

Front: 80/100 21 (the tire also says STD Rim 1.85)
Rear: 110/100 18 (the tire also says STD Rim 2.50)

Again, I'm looking for a street tire, either 80/20 street/dirt or full street.

Please help with tire suggests (make, model, and size).

Thanks,

Do you have a size 2.15-18 rim?

If so, you can put a Shinko 705 tire in size 4.10-18 on the rear wheel. This tire is designed for a size 2.50-18 rim, which is only one rim size larger than a 2.15-18 rim.

The Shinko 705 tire in size 120/80-18 is designed for a size 2.75-18 rim, which is two sizes larger than a size 2.15-18 rim. Therefore, the size 120/80-18 tire might not inflate properly. You are always safe if you chose a tire which is designed for a rim only one size larger, or smaller than your wheel's rim size. ;)

Do you have a size 1.60-21 rim on the front wheel? If so, the Shinko 705 tire in size 90/90-21 is a little large for that rim, but it will probably work okay for you. ;)

Do you like the Shinko 700 tires?

If so, you will certainly get good fitment from the following tires.

Rear Tire: 4.60-18
Front Tire: 3.00-21
