Did you adjust the preload? For that kind of weight your preload should have been pretty stiff. To the point you can barely turn the ring anymore (at least, with the shock installed)

Yeah, everything was cranked up, didn't really help. I did run with the aluminum OEM luggage all the time also. But no heavy mods (burrito tubes with a few light things).
