Delivered about an hour ago. 2012 Honda Foreman 500ES 4x4. Liquid cooled 475cc longitudinally mounted engine with EFI, power steering and push button transmission. 1250lb winch and LED light bar. This thing purrs like a kitten and is surprisingly nimble for weighing 625lbs. I'm like a kid in a candy store lol.

Nice Frank.

Hard to go wrong with a Honda .
|
And if you know me within a couple weeks I'm gonna put some serious tractor tires on this thing. And being that it's a solid axle shaft driven bike atleast 3 tires will be pulling when I'm in 4 wheel drive. :yay:

Right side front impact sensor for the Chevy. The fancy new code reader is the catsass.

Umm, it spoke to me. It was also $25.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...8095e2c5ca.jpg I brought it home on the Ural. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...b87658faba.jpg Plan is to try to not kill myself in the upcoming Big Wheel Downhill Race during the St. Patrick’s Day festivities at our old place. |
I like it Cheesy ,but it needs an engine in the back .

I love the way you strap stuff onto that sidecar and bring it home, Cheesy.

Spent a few hours out in the woods yesterday, my sister Reesa rode a horse and I followed on the quad. This thing feels like a big Cadillac in the trails, nice soft suspension and a big cushy seat. You can steer it with one hand and the brakes are amazing. You do have to be a little careful with the throttle though, it will quickly remind you it's a 500 lol.
The thumb shift works great but it will take some getting used to. It does have the stupid Honda reverse safety button and cable, I'll probably "fix" that just like I did on my FourTrax. The digital cluster is nice and the speedometer seems accurate. The fan kicked on twice during the ride but it never got hot. The 4x4 is a simple right hand thumb switch and it works really well. All in all I'm very happy with it, probably the most advanced quad I've owned. It does burn alot of fuel though. |

Not quite yet, but it is in my possession.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...6620bc4e7a.jpg MGS tilt bed trailer from maybe 1995. This thing has chased me all over the country since 97, when I dragged it back to Illannoy from Pennsyltukey. The sales rep that had it quit in December and it's been at my place since New Years. New rep picked up the truck and had no idea it had a trailer attached. He had no place for a trailer. I was told to make it go away. As I live on sort of a cul-du-sac and the only traffic are the folks that live here, that meant CL. As I'm always away, there would be less hassle if I just bought it. Right now, I'm at $150 but I'm pushing for storage costs.:) |

Got rid of the BMW and replaced it with a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Needs a little work and a few odds and ends, but overall it's going to be much more fun than the BMW because I can actually work on this thing when something goes bang. Fun fact: There is no oil dipstick on newer BMW's, you check the oil level via the onboard m-drive info-tainment system... :ohno: |
I picked up a Jump start battery pack last week from Amazon. This thing is badazz. I used it Saturday morning to jump off my Hawk, Daughter UTV and the riding mower after the cold snap kid of zapped the batteries and made them week. The starters on all three never spun that fast. lol I still had 90% battery after jumping all three and the UTV ii had to crank it for a while before the fuel pump got enough fuel to the carb. There is a $25 off coupon right now. Plus if you do a review they will send you either a Amazon for $25, Portable air pump or Dash cam. They are sending me a Air pump that sells for $25 on amazom.
