It looks great!
On the mini that I built, I used the mounts that are around the crankshaft to attach brackets. I fastened a drilled plate to the brackets to create a clutch guard. I didn't worry about the exhaust, since it routed straight back like yours. |

We got it done at 10am. I test rode it around the yard and then loaded it up and had it to the fair by 1045. I do plan to change the clutch guard. Too bulky.

Awesome! So glad it worked out for you guys.

Looks great! I really like the green :)
Nice to see it's a family project as well, time well spent. |
They can't wait for the fair to be over so that we can bring it home and ride.

Minibike is getting honda power. $20 power washer. Engine runs great. Cheaper than a replacement carb for the tecumseh.

My wife bought this for me at an auction. $20 Engine runs good. Bad pump.

I think I see 8hp on the label? Mabey weld up a powered hand truck for your business instead of a mini bike. Labor saving device. :D

I'm pretty sure that's a 5hp GC160. Excellent score! Kato, you have the perfect wife. Go buy her some chocolate.
|
Excellent deal! Those Hondas purr like a kitten :).
|
It is a 5hp. I have a 14hp kohler with a hydraulic pump and wheel motors that I might be able to make a toter machine from.
