I bought my bike from the same outfit you got yours from. Did they send you a separate mco or did you use the one that came with the bike.

Did they ask for insurance? I was gonna do that after I got the plates.

mco and bill of sale, with insurance ... took no time at all ... used the bike that day to get my licens
