I apologize for not seeing your message sooner! It probably doesn't matter at this point, but I'll give you an answer anyway. I've purchased four bikes from Powersportsmax and the transactions have all been flawless. They ship very quickly and with lots of communication. That said, I haven't had any problems and thus haven't had to deal with them outside of the normal ordering process, so I don't know how they are with support.
