I have a 2018 Hawk 250. I replaced the carb with the Mikuni VM26 with new jets. The bike starts and runs great. Cold starts without the choke. My problem is that if I lay it down, it floods and will not restart until I let it sit for a period of time. Really unhandy when out on a trail as I do 100% offroad. Would welcome any suggestions (I know, don't lay it down is the obvious solution but not always possible . Would investing in a better quality carb be advisable? Thanks!
