It was a breeze. No issues at all. My bike is actually called a Pitster Pro LXR250 & it came with all the street legal stuff installed. But there wasn't an inspection for getting it registered & plated since it was new. I didn't have to get it inspected until it was time to renew the tag.
The GPX should be the same.
