Hey Kirbo - One thing i forgot to mention when we were discussing carb swaps ,etc. I'm not sure on the Gen1 Vader ,but on the Gen 2., the only fuel petcock there is , is actually a part of the carburetor, so if you swap out the carb, you have no way to shut the gas off.
You may need to order /install an inline fuel petcock, similar to this one :https://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-...72.m2749.l2649
