Also, I took my carb off to find out why it was running at a super high rpm, when I went to do my weekly start up and run. Hopefully, i did not grind too much off of the stock bolts. I did manage to remove them completely. I'm heading to the store to get replacement bolts. If nothing else, I guess I'll order another carb. My Nibbi will not match up, at all.

I was able to post the pics in a different part of the Forum, but I can't do it her, for some reason. It asks me to: "Please enter the URL of your image:", but I'm not tech savvy. Guess I'm too old.

My wiring is inside the protective flexible cover and zip stripped up on the fender. It is not visible to take a photo. All I did was remove the rear blinkers and reinstall the sequential in exactly the same connectors (remove and replace). I did not need to do any testing. I just kept track when I took off the original blinkers.

What about the brake light / running light? I have hooked up the metal proximity switch for the rear brake, ran the wire into the harness and have the tail light and rear turn signals working properly with the rest of the system however, no brake light engagement when either foot pedal or hand brake are depressed. The 3 wires on the rear tail light (brown, solid green, yellow/green stripe) could you send picture of how you have your tail light /brake wired together ? I would very very much need and appreciate that!!! That's the last missing link to the puzzle lol. Thank you for all your help ! 🙊 9. Thumper

I don't know why the left rear is weaker. Is the voltage lower on that lead than the bright right side? LED intensity does depend on voltage.

No one has posted amperage on these bikes, so I don't know how much load it can take. I think it depends on the output of the stator, and the regulator/rectifier. Maybe drawing too much current (a super high amperage headlamp) could burn up the stator, but I admit I just don't know. It may also prevent other things to work if the headlight is on.

Awesome man thank you!! I'll pick one up today. I got the signals working but I required me taking the KTM style LED Headlight off, now the dash isn't displaying when the blinkers are on from the Handlebar switch but all turn signals are coming on when initiated so that's a sigh of relief. However the back left signal is significantly weaker than the rest when on probably a loose ground though I'm guessing? If the upgraded Headlight is too much on the system what's the answer for a remedy there?
