I believe you can do a little bit better on that price. Shop around some more unless you have a specific reason to purchase from them. For example here it is for $1,400.00 with shipping included.

Several owners have posted threads here on the Bashan 250 bike. It gets generally good reviews.

Most modern motorcycles have an internal weight which counterbalances the movements of the crankshaft, resulting in less vibration from the engine.
Some of the Honda clone engines lack this feature.
