2008 x31 vs 2010 x21

Which would you rather have 2008 x31 or 2010 x21?
Considering bikes are both in good condition. Is the x21 much smaller than x31? Which motor is more reliable.

I've never heard of an X21.

It's the 110cc model. They have it on gio website.

If memory serves, the X31 is a 250. If it was for me, I'd certainly choose the 250.
