newbie has some Q's about a renegade

ok so I 'm new to the biking world , hi guys!, and i bought a qingqi renegade (baimo, jinlun etc etc) now i'm trying to do some minor fixes to it, but can't find the oil filter and the fuse box/single fuse, any help would be much appreciated!

IF the oil filter is as it is in the horizontal engine Hondas, (haven't opened my new Lifan engine to look yet), it is part of/contained within the clutch and a cleanable centrifugal type......IF your engine is a "vertical" motor, it's still centrifugal, but probably located on the end of the crankshaft (again, based on Hondas).....
A search just showed me yours is a vertical 125cc engine......
Fuse is USUALLY right next to/near the battery.......

so I can't take out the filter to clean it? and the fuse box evades me I've searched all over especially around the battery, guess i need to start taking apart the mysterious black boxes surrounding the battery. cheers mate this info helps alot!

Check for a large nut near the shifter shaft; that may reveal an oil strainer screen. Take care to not over-tighten it.

Most of these bikes only have one fuse and it is usually close to the battery under the seat. Typically the older glass type fuse.
