Oil Draining from Tappet

Is it normal for oil to flow/drain out of the bottom tappet when you take off the bolt?

On a 125cc

You can cheat and wheelie the bike onto a table or something while you adjust the valve , but yes some oil will be dripping out .Since the bike only takes a litre or so ,it’s usually not a big deal to drain it out and replace it at the same time .
